If other public prosecutors are specially appointed in accordance with this regulation to file a case within their scope of work concerning the Government of Nepal or to plead the case, it shall be the duty of the Associate Attorney of the Appellate Public Prosecutor's Office or the District Attorney or the District Attorney of the District Public Prosecutor's Office to assist him.
